Hi there and welcome – I’m Eliza, a fitness and health blogger. I’m a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and a level 1 fitness instructor.
HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
As I child, I’ll admit, I was very lazy. All I wanted to do was watch TV and hang out with my friends. That was until I reached my teenager years, and my Mum encouraged me to join my local Swimming Club. At the Sports Centre, I discovered ping pong, fitness classes and eventually took up Tennis and Squash also – which I absolutely loved!
Going into my late teens after school, I was an avid sports fan, carefully watching what I ate and realised I wanted to help others discover a love of sports and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. So, I started a HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise. I am now working hard to achieve more qualifications in Personal Training.
