HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS
I was a very lazy teenager and my mum made me start swimming at the age of 12. The pool I went to had an arcade center beside the food court and there was a ping pong table. I’d play this every time I went swimming and eventually got into tennis and squash.
By the time I was 15 I was really into my sports and soon joined college to become a Personal Trainer.
